Stroll & Fit

A beginner-friendly class for those with kiddos in strollers combining strength & cardio exercise. Bring your stroller. Be prepared for indoor and outdoor workouts.



A low-impact, total-body, ballet-inspired workout that fuses ballet, Pilates and strength training. The exercises in Barre will help you develop muscle, enhance flexibility and improve your balance.

Zumba & Zumbini

Zumba fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves to get your heart pumping. Zumbini is perfect for the little ones to experience music and movement with their caregiver (for ages 0-4).

Drop The Mic

(Mixed Interval Cardio)
Mix of HIIT/Tabata-style calisthenics, cycling and weighted-exercises. Short, intense intervals to raise your cardiovascular ceiling.


Yoga Nidra

A form of guided meditation also known as yogic sleep. It relaxes the mind by reducing stress and anxiety, improves the senses, releases muscular tension, and restores the mind and body.


Mobility In Motion

A low-impact class focused on stretching and strengthening the muscles, increasing range of motion in the joints, and soft tissue health through myofascial release.



A great mix of endurance and strength. Pedal your way through intervals, hills, sprints and recovery!
